Marsha Liekkio provided an outstanding lesson in tamale making/creating on Friday, October 5th. Her basic lesson included a shredded chicken and pulled beef filling in sauces that complimented the corn meal mix applied to the corn husks. We steamed our tamales to enjoy later at home.
