January 31, 2013 found 17 Eagle Point Ladies Outings buffs perusing the Crater Rock Museum’s vast collections of geodes, agates, glass sculptures, indian arrow-heads, etc. too myriad to mention. We were accommodated by our charming guide, Nancy, who educated us with a short slide show of some of the pieces and kept us moving through the multi-roomed, newly remodeled, 12,000 sq. ft. first-class museum. Afterwards, we lunched at the Mazatlan Grill. Making new friends we had a great time, starting the new year out right!. We have a real treasure in our own back-yard with the Crater Rock Museum. Who Knew? You’ll want to take your friends, family, guests, grand-kids and spend as long as you have time – all for only a $2.00 entry fee.
