The EPWC Culinary Arts group met on Friday, February 1st at Carolyn Stieber’s for a ‘Creating Soup’ event. We discussed the history of soups, the variety of soups that can be prepared, the ingredients that can be used and techniques that make soup a special dish that can be enjoyed at any mealtime!
