Eight of us hiked the Lower Table Rock Trail on Friday, April 19. There were many varieties of wildflowers in bloom along the 3.5 mile trail through a forest of madrone, scrub oak and black oak. We enjoyed a magnificent carpet of color on the trails at the top and a panoramic view of the Rogue Valley while eating our picnic lunch.
