On Thursday February 12, seven members of the Culinary Arts group met at Rosenelle Florencechild’s house for a taste of French home cooking. Jan Griffin co-hosted the event. Laura Calder, cookbook author and host of the Food Network cooking show French Food At Home, provided the inspiration for the menu. In keeping with the French tradition, the delicious food was accompanied by good conversation and laughter.
