We had a wonderful time on our Eagle Point walk today (however, as you see, Ida’s dog chose not to show her face!), and four of us ended with a very good breakfast at Barbwire on Main.
The walk was either 3 miles or just under, depending on whose pedometer you were looking at. We had a good turnout and positive responses for the most part. A couple of the ladies dropped out because they said it was “just too fast.” We want to assure you all that on our walks there is no such thing as “too slow.” We will never lose anyone, and if the group is large we will always have a “caboose” so everyone is kept track of. We want to make sure that anyone who wants to walk will do so without fear of being “too slow.” Also, we plan all the walks to be no more than 3 miles, unless specified.
