I am pleased to announce our next outing. This is one that has been on the "wish list" for awhile and Susan Watson is going to make it happen for us!
The October 3 outing will be a back stage tour at the Shakespeare Theater. We have 20 seats reserved for the tour. Susan is the planner for this one. She will be the one to contact if you are interested in attending. Her contact info is email: wolfandlily@charter.net, phone: 541-879-0241
There is a fee for the tour so she has put down the deposit to hold the reservation for us. Because we have to reserve the tour and there is only room for 20 attendees, signing up will be on a first come, first serve basis. The tour will be followed by lunch in Ashland.
The cost is $14.00 per person. The deadline for sign ups is August 29. This is a firm deadline and Susan will send an email out when the deadline is up. We have to provide an exact head count and full payment by September 5, 2017. Because Susan will need to pay the balance due by September 5th, attendees will need to pay Susan by no later than August 29, 2017. Please note that this is a non-refundable fee.
Any additional details including where we meet to carpool will be sent out to the attendees prior to the outing. Sign up early to reserve your spot.
