On January 26th twenty-one women (we will refer to S.W.’s granddaughter as a woman, because we were ALL women at her age) attended the Collaborative Theatre Group’s performance of “Sherwood, Adventures of Robin Hood.” We laughed, we rose when instructed, we booed at the villain, we did NOT kneel for Prince John, we laughed again. And again. And some of us got teary-eyed in the romantic parts–because at our age, we are ALL young girls.
Barbara’s green tights will also be appropriate for the March outing to “Peter and the Starcatcher.” Again, tights and feathered hats are appropriate. Swords and arrows are not.
