We had a big turnout for our annual planning meeting on January 7, 2020, with 17 ladies in attendance. It is clear that we ladies love our outings, even if it is just a meeting to plan them! We discussed the various options for outings in 2020 and February 2021. The 2020 schedule of each planned outing follows:
February 4, 2020 – Genealogy quilt talk + lunch at Luna Mexican Cafe

April 7, 2020 – RVTD bus ride to Medford for shopping + lunch at location TBD

June 2, 2020 – Hanley Farms Tour & picnic lunch??

August 4, 2020 – Tour of U.S National Weather Services in Medford + lunch at TBD
Start time: 10:30 a.m.
October 6, 2020 – Private opening/tour of Art Presence Art Center, including wine and horderves
Tour time: 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
December 1, 2020 – Shopping in Jacksonville + lunch TBD

January 19, 2021. Annual planning meeting

February 2, 2021 – Bear Hotel tour + lunch TBD

A Master Idea List was reviewed at the meeting and has been updated with more ideas shared at the meeting and will continue to be updated as new ideas come up. So please, keep those ideas coming!
