Five of us met at Linda Greenstone's home for our June meeting. It was a show and tell type of meeting. We met on her patio under her beautiful new awning. Well, at least until it got too hot and we got hungry!
For the show and tell, we all admired the progress that Rosenelle and Linda have made on the Stitcher's garden quilt they are making together as a wedding present. It is looking beautiful.
Terry showed us the bag she is making using a pattern by Switchback. It is going to be really cool when it is done. Linda also showed off a cute small bag she is almost done with.
Rosenelle made another garden flag using embroidery and applique, called Sweet Pea.
Sue made some adorable hot pads, a couple with partridges. Then she made a another adorable quilt with the partridges. Of course, she remembered a label.
We also made plans for future meetings. In July are are going to make pillow cases together.
