With COVID-19 once again hitting a host couple, two homes shared hosting duties for Couples 3-13 on June 18. Eight couples each were at the homes of Connie Quiring and Michelle Harter. Good food and banter were shared by all. Scores at the Quirings were quite low with Lynn Baker-24, Bernie Quiring-25, Martin Frey-40, Joan Devlin-43, Sharyn Close-49 with hostess Connie reaching a high score of 189. At the Harter’s Chuck Todd posted a low of 45, followed by Lonnie Lawson-92, Nancy Erickson-96, Paul Erickson-117, Pat Wittman-133 with hostess Michelle totaling 214 for the high score. It was also Bruce Harter’s 80th birthday and the group serenaded him with a rousing rendition of Happy Birthday. Currently there are 35 couples on the list for the Couples 3-13 group.
