On December 7, 2022 the Piecemakers went on their annual shopping & lunch adventure. We shopped at the Country Quilts store in Jacksonville. It is in a temporary location in the old city hall building. We then went to the restaurant that used to be the Mustard Seed but is now called Sunny Side Up and only serves breakfast. After that, we went to Fasturn followed by a visit to the new shop, Sunshine Quilt Shoppe (previously operated as Cottage Quilts). Although show & tell is hard when shopping, Elaine shared photos of her new pillows she made to match a new comforter.
We shopped, ate, shared, & spent money on beautiful fabrics. A fun day for all.
