The Piecemakers met at Main Street Coffee House on July 3, 2024 to discuss future meetings. A couple of our members shared recent projects they are working on. Linda brought her quilt made from selvages. She also incorporated some total birds in the design. She won an award for this one. She also brought her completed Santa wall hanging. Some quilters will tell you that a quilt isn't finished until the label is on. Linda did some adorable labels on both of these quilts. Sue made some quilt blocks from scraps using half triangles. So clever! Next month we will meet in a room at the library to work on new bags Kelly that will be teaching us how to make.
