The Piecemakers met at the Eagle Point Library for our November meeting. We used two of the smaller rooms to work on the quilt of valor that we started earlier this year. We added the piano key border and discussed what to do next. We were joined by Joyce Lingren. We are very pleased that she has decided to decided to join our group. There were also several show & tells. I showed off the new small clutch I made to match my bag. Joyce brought one of her quilts and it is just stunning! Linda showed off a new sweatshirt she made. The hearts are so cute. She also modeled a Kantha jacket she is working on. With assistance from Joyce and Sandra, Linda showed off more finished blocks for the advent calendar quilt she is working on.
In December we will be doing a High Tea in Ashland at Lovejoy's on December 5. A big thank you to Sandra for making the arrangements.
