Seven members of the New Book Buddies gathered at Martha Roy’s house to snack and chat about books we’ve loved and wanted others to know about. Zombies were mentioned more than once revealing the high intellectual caliber of our group. And horse stories and borderline porn. Good discussion! Our January read will be “Tuesdays with Morrie.” We’re older than when we read it years ago. It will feel different.
