Your EPWC Board is pleased to announce a few changes to our February luncheon. As many of you are aware, the Eagle Point Golf Course has undergone a management change. They are working diligently to make improvements. We have decided that we will hold our luncheon in the Talon Grill on a trial basis and are very pleased to offer you three meal choices. The meal options are:
1) Ham & grilled cheese sandwich with a cup of tomato soup 2) BLTA sandwich with a side 3) Classic chicken Caesar salad
The luncheon will be held on Wednesday, February 18th. Doors will open at 10:00 am for social time. There will be a short business meeting at 10:30 followed by our guest speaker Penny Lee Austin. Penny is an attorney in Medford. She has been in practice for over 30 years and specializes in wills, trusts and probate. We believe this will be a timely topic for all. There will also be time for questions. Lunch will follow at 11:30.
As always, we encourage you to register guests to attend with you for the same $25 fee. Please be aware that due to the size of the restaurant, we are limited to 50 attendees. We encourage you to register early. You can register online at https://www.epwomensclub.org/luncheon using your credit card. If you choose to pay by check, you can mail it to EPWC, PO Box 1013, Eagle Point, OR 97524. Please write "luncheon" on the outside of your envelope. Don't forget to include your meal choice. We strongly encourage you to drop it off at Mary Harper's home. There will be a valentine mailbox outside her door. This saves you postage. If you do mail it, remember to take it to the counter to be hand cancelled. This way it never leaves Eagle Point and speeds up delivery. Upon receipt of your check, you will receive an email confirmation that you are registered for the lunch.
Deadline for registration is February 11th at 6:00 pm.
