The next Culinary Arts will be on May 14 and is themed from Cathi Soreng's book collection titled 'California The Beautiful' Cookbook. The authors have divided the state into 5 regions and selected recipes to showcase foods from each region
California’s many diverse immigrants brought their cooking skills when they settled and we have picked recipes to represent the different regions as well as the heritage of the people who settled there.
Cathi Soreng and Virginia Felker are very excited to host this event.
