Brisk mornings tell us we are officially in Autumn. If you were one of the 84 members who attended our Members’ Market luncheon on September 21, you experienced a very brisk morning. Although the temperature was cold, sales were hot! Thank you to all the vendors and shoppers who made this annual event a success.
Your EPWC Board will be meeting on November 5 and members are always welcome to attend. Our #1 priority will be to review the current budget, project our year-end results and approve a budget for 2027. Even though we have experienced some cost increases, our goal will be to keep annual membership dues and luncheon prices at $25.
In the Spring of 2027, the Board will bring a slate of nominees for Board positions to the membership for the election. The job descriptions are available on the website in the section titled Board. Please take time to consider if you, or someone you know, would be interested in volunteering for a position on the board. Please contact me if you have any questions or suggestions.
November reminds us to be thankful and appreciate those who bring happiness into our lives. I am so grateful to all the members of EPWC who participate in the Activity Groups, open their houses for members to gather and bring happiness into each others lives.
