We were very fortunate to have two speakers for our February luncheon. Sgt Dustin LaFord from the EP Police Dept. gave us information on keeping ourselves safe from intruders, gun registration, and answered many questions. Samantha Matheny from the Medford Fire Department told us we should leave the fire and close doors behind us if the fire couldn’t be put out easily. She had pamphlets for us. They both kept our attention. The program was followed by a delicious lunch of Chicken Chausseur with a variety of grilled veggies, rice and salad. Many enjoyed a big piece of Chocolate Cream Cake.
