We are greatly indebted to Linda who transitioned us into the technology world. Kudos to you Linda! It takes many dedicated folks keep the EPWC afloat.
Viki Brown was honored as our Outgoing President. Viki has had many positions in this Club over the years. She kept us going throughout the pandemic; not an easy task. Viki has been the behind scene director of many of the activities we all enjoy. Viki is not going away but will be acting in a new capacity as Website Coordinator and continue to manage our online registration. The board presented Viki with a large wind chime and a gift certificate to her favorite cycle shop. Thank you Viki for your dedication and hard work!
Our speaker for the day was our new Mayor, Kathy Sell. Kathy has been a long time resident and business owner here in Eagle Point. You can tell her heart is here in this community. Kathy shared with us some of the projects that are being considered for the future of Eagle Point. She also presented information on road construction and housing development. Many questions were asked and Kathy answered them with diplomacy. We will definitely ask Kathy to come back and speak again.
