On February 7th the Piecemakers enjoyed another fun meeting at Rosenelle's home. We started with a guest, Bill Sproat. Bill wanted to demonstrate the beautiful wood quilt ladders he makes & sells. He does beautiful work. Next we shared a lot of show & tells. Kelly shared a story about her daughter asking her if she could repair a quilt Kelly had made for her in 1994. Her daughter has big dogs and they love the quilt. Kelly thought a new quilt in the same pattern would be much better. Enjoy the before and after picture. Kelly also showed off a gorgeous wonky nine patch. Linda has been been having lots of fun with embroidery work. Rosenelle has a new bag with lots of pockets and Sue has made a bunch of hot pads. After a quick snack, some in the group worked on a QOV that we started a few months ago.
