We all met at Stitched again in September. The store will be changing ownership & it's name at the end of the year but we will still be meeting there in the future. We welcomed two new members, Margie Farber and Denise Fikes. Both of them brought a show & tell to share. Our membership count has grown to 17. Most of the meeting agenda was about the October luncheon, Member's Market. We will have a couple of tables with quilt items and cards to sell.
For show & tell, Dora showed off a finished quilt and an adorable apron she made for a performance. Bonnie made a really cute dog quilt with a cool red wagon. She puts a lot of thought into her quilts. Margie, brought one of her needle point projects, a cute cat. Denise Fikes showed us a memory quilt she is only part way done with but it is amazing. It is made from clothing of a much loved grandmother. Sandra has really become very good at making cards and will be selling them at the member's market.
I hope you enjoy the photos. Amazing work, as usual.
