We had a very productive planning meeting under the old lofty spreading oaks in our farms upper pasture. With Maggie Websters consent we will learn how to make real Scottish short bread on November 1st at Kathy Lystra’s home. On January 3, 2014 we will review the many ways that breads are used and the many kinds of breads from appetizers to dessert at Ruth Jenk’s home.
On March 7th Marsha Liekko will host a Chef Jacque Pepin event and on May 2 Janice Kabel will host an Asian food event. On July 11th we plan to have an event that features Caribbean foods.
