The noon gala happening is limited to twelve.
For this 4th EPWC cookbook author event, EPWC members attending are to bring a dish they select from one of Jacques Pepin’s recipes. You can use an on-line source or select a recipe from one of his cook books. Select one tasting dish to share from the following list: side dish, salad, soup, dessert. Marsha is providing a main dish. Let Marsha know what you have selected by Monday, March 3 so she can plan the menu.
A variety of dishes give us the opportunity to taste the range of an author’s/chefs work.
