Good morning everyone!! The Knotty Ladies Quilters of Eagle Point, Oregon, are staying home and staying safe. We hope you are all well. We are staying busy with mask making (not as much as the last time I wrote), quilts and just staying busy and having fun.
We held our September 2, 2020 meeting at the home of Betty Harrison on her patio with masks and social distancing. It was good to see everybody and share what we are doing. If all goes well, we will be meeting at Dora Moore's home on October 7, 2020 at 1:00 pm.
We have a few quilts, blankets and items that we normally give to certain organizations, but have decided to donate them to fire victims in our area. With Covid-19 and the terrible fires in our area, things have been pretty rough for some families. We thought the donation of our handmade items could help people in need who have lost everything in the fires.
Please everyone, if you are fortunate enough to have your home and belongings, help a friend or neighbor in need. I know some of you have already done that and we are doing that as well.
Stay safe and sleep well,
Knotty Ladies Quilters of Eagle Point
