The Pavilion at Eagle Point Golf Resort was all aglow with Christmas lights, a beautifully decorated tree and festive table settings for the annual EPWC Holiday party on Dec. 3, 2022. This year was a more casual “happy hour” type theme with a buffet of hearty appetizers, a private bar and some lively music for enjoying and dancing. 55 members and their guests attended and there was a lot of warmth and good humor in the room. The Secret Santa Project to provide gifts for children in need from Hillside Elementary School gathered all of the bagged gifts at the holiday party and had Santa keep watch over them. 44 members participated in this generous giving project and Susan Watson and Joni Parsons did all of the coordinating with members and the school. A huge thank you to both of them and also to the members who provided the gifts. Charlie Allen, husband of member Teresa Allen, served as the most handsome and jolly Santa Claus ever and posed with members and guests for beautiful photo memories. Bill Watson, husband of Susan Watson, served as photographer. Thank you to both Charlie and Bill. Santa also hit the dance floor and added so much to the festive atmosphere.
