We are happy to announce that registration for the June 17, 2026 EPWC luncheon is open and there will be no limit on the number of attendees. We will be enjoying a taco bar buffet lunch in the Pavilion at the Eagle Point Golf Club where we will have plenty of room to spread out and enjoy a beautiful summer day. The taco bar will consist of corn and flour tortillas, seasoned grilled chicken, ground beef, lettuce, cheese, sour cream, salsa and lime wedges and sides of Spanish rice and refried beans. The self-serve beverage station will have coffee, tea and water. Our featured speaker will be Penny Austin, attorney, who spoke to us in February about wills and trusts and is returning with more information on that topic and also question and answer time.
The registration deadline of June 7 by midnight is earlier so the restaurant can get the food ordered. The luncheon fee is $25 and you are welcome to bring guests for the same $25 fee. To register online, click on the link where you will be able to register and complete your payment with a credit or debit card. Here is the link: https://epwomensclub.org/luncheon/ If you wish to pay by check, you can do so by mailing a check to: EPWC, PO Box 1013, Eagle Point, Or, 97524 or by dropping a check in the red box marked “EPWC” on the front porch of Sandi Smith’s home at 286 Arrowhead Trail. Please note on your check and the envelope the word “luncheon”, so it is clear what your payment is for. If you are paying for a guest online, you will note their name on that form so we can have a name tag prepared for them. If you are paying for a guest by check, please include a note with their name on it. If you prefer to pay by cash, you can contact Sandi to arrange to get the payment to her. If you are putting a check in the mail, you can take it to the service counter inside the Eagle Point post office and ask them to process it locally so delivery will not be delayed. All payments must be received by midnight on June 7.

10:00 am- Doors open for arrival, social time and checking out the activity group sign-up sheets
10:30 am- EPWC Board reports and announcements for members
11:00 am- Speaker-Penny Austin
11:45 am- Lunch begins
