Nancy Rose and Maryann Hartmann are the designated leaders for the August 21, 2026 EPWC hiking group outing. The group meets at 9:30 am at Harnish Visitor’s Center for carpooling to the trailhead. The plan for this hike is to do a portion of the High Lakes Trail between Fish Lake and do a car shuttle at the start so there will be cars waiting at Lake of the Woods. There will be an option to swim in Lake of the Woods and lunch will be at Lake of the Woods Resort. More details will be provided later. If you are a member of this group, you will receive an e-mail invitation several weeks before the hike from group coordinator, Eve Haddock.
