Marsha Liekkio hosted the September Culinary Arts cookbook meeting that featured the tasty dishes created from The Art of Simple Food II by Alice Waters. We sampled different dishes from the same source. By tasting a sample of the dishes that were included in the cookbook luncheon, we can decide, without making it first, if the dish is one we want to make for our family or a special occasion.
