Eagle Point Women’s Club 2025 Holiday Celebration
The Eagle Point Women’s Club will not be hosting its traditional December luncheon at the Rogue Valley Country Club due to lack of availability of the room. To assure that EPWC members have an opportunity to come together for a festive event, the Sip and Dip activity group is opening its December gathering to all members. Three hosts will open their Christmas-decorated homes to members on Thursday, Dec. 11 from 3-5 pm for an afternoon of mingling, refreshments and relaxed fun. Registration will be required to attend (information below) and each person will be assigned either an appetizer or bottle of wine to take to their designated host home. Non-alcoholic beverages will be provided by the hosts. All three host homes are located on Pebble Creek Drive so you will have the opportunity to move from your starting place to one or both of the other homes (all in easy walking distance). If you move from the home you started at, you will leave your food or wine there and enjoy the refreshments at the next home. You will need to return to pick up your appetizer serving dish if it is not disposable. Leftover wine will remain with the host. Each guest is asked to bring a beverage glass for their own use. You are encouraged to have some part of your outfit reflect the Christmas season and to make your appetizer holiday-themed if possible.

You will receive an e-mail with the guest roster that you are included on and your host name and address about one week prior to the gathering. That roster will also contain your food/wine assignment and the names and addresses of the other two host homes. The deadline for registration is Thursday, Dec. 4 by 6:00 pm.
