The Eagle Point Women’s Club hosted bi-monthly luncheons for members at the Rogue Valley Country Club for 20 years, but due to a number of factors there was a new direction in 2026. The February and April luncheons were held in the Talon Grill at the Eagle Point Golf Club and Resort with attendance limited to 50 people. With the onset of summer weather, the June luncheon was held in the Pavilion at Eagle Point Golf Club for the first time ever with unlimited attendance. At total of 82 members and guests registered to attend and we were greeted by a beautiful day in a wonderful setting. The tables were decorated with arrangements of fresh flowers created by Board members and other members from personal garden flowers and flowers donated by Cathy Wallace, owner of Heaven Scent Flowers and EPWC member. A Taco Bar buffet and a self-serve beverage station with coffee, lemonade and iced tea provided a satisfying lunch. Attorney, Penny Lee Austin, was the featured speaker who provided great information on wills and trusts and also answered many individual questions. All of the Board members contributed to staging this luncheon from managing registration, flower arranging, coordinating with the Golf Club and greeting members. Thanks to Pam Webb for the photos. We look forward to the August and October luncheons which will also be held in the Pavilion. Another memorable chapter for the EPWC.
