The usually large Sip and Dip group was divided into two smaller groups for the July event. Ida Tolmie and Kay Breithaupt both served as hosts and they happen to live a short block away from each other in Poppy Village. Once guests had checked in at their host home and spent time there, they were able to stroll down the quiet street to visit the other host home and enjoy some of the wine and appetizers and chat with the guests there. Both Ida and Kay have beautiful flowers on their patios and we all enjoyed them from air-conditioned comfort inside. It was a great afternoon of fun and freindship. A big thank you to Kay and Ida for hosting and to Brigitte for coordinating and for photos. The next Sip and Dip gathering will be on August 28 at the home of Viki Brown. See you then.
