The Theater Group is scheduled to attend “Sherwood, The Adventures of Robin Hood” on Sunday, January 26 at 1:30 p.m. at the Collaborative Theatre Group in Medford. The cost is $18. Send your checks to Martha Roy by January 8th. The play is a farce written by Ken Ludwig.
September 29th, 27 members of the Theater Group attended a performance of "Billy Elliot" at Camelot Theatre in Talent. "Billy Elliot" is a story of a young boy who chooses ballet over boxing and coal-mining and the family and community who choose, with difficulty, to love him anyway.

In July, thirty members of the Theater Group attended the Cabaret Theatre's performance of "Momma Mia." The cast was spot on, the music wonderful and the brunch satisfying. We glowed.
Eight women hiked five miles along the Rogue River to Takelma Gorge on June 21, 2019. Spectacular scenery, blue-sky weather, wildflowers and tricky trail-blazing to detour a section of missing trail. Our members took their conservation efforts an extra step and rescued two mosquitos trapped in our car.

March 3, twenty ladies attended the Teen Musical Theater of Oregon’s performance of Disney’s “Newsies, the Musical.” Our local teens shone with their professionalism, their voices and their precise and spirited dancing.
On January 20, fifteen members of the Theater Project’s attended the Collaborative Theatre’s performance of Tennessee Williams “The Glass Menagerie.” The cast was superb, the play pulled us in and of course, the company was delightful.

On November 16, seven women hiked four miles of the Bandersnatch Trail at the north end of Lithia Park in Ashland. Only half of it was uphill. We rewarded ourselves with lunch at Agave Restaurant.
