Ladies Outings – Announcement: No outing for April 6, 2021

Theater Group Cancels Outing to “You Can’t Take It with You.”
Camelot Theater is closed for a while so we won't be going to "You Can't Take It with You" in May. For now, enjoy the landscape of your mind. And keep smiling brightly at each other on the sidewalks of Eagle Point. A big smile is darn good entertainment.

OSF has cancelled March performances so our group will miss "Peter and the Starcatcher." Our May 19th trip to Camelot Theatre for "You Can't Take It with You" is pending. “Sherwood, The Adventures of Robin Hood” January 26
The Theater Group is scheduled to attend “Sherwood, The Adventures of Robin Hood” on Sunday, January 26 at 1:30 p.m. at the Collaborative Theatre Group in Medford. The cost is $18. Send your checks to Martha Roy by January 8th. The play is a farce written by Ken Ludwig.

The date of the Ladies Outings Annual Planning Meeting has been changed from January 21, 2020 to January 7, 2020 (the first Tuesday of January 2020). Details will be provided to this group in early December, 2019.

Just to put it out there, this month on Friday, August 23, we’ll be walking at Lithia Park in Ashland. Meet at the Walmart parking lot at 8:00 a.m. to carpool to Ashland. Breakfast/brunch afterward at a restaurant to be decided on. RSVPs requested, thank you!
“Billy Elliot, the Musical” Is the September Theater Group Outing
September 29th, the Theater Group will attend the 2 p.m. matinee of "Billy Elliot" at the Camelot Theatre in Talent. All our tickets are spoken for, but contact Martha Roy.
Walkabout is changing the meeting time to 8:00 a.m. for the summer!
Due to the heat of the summer, Sharyn and I have decided to change the meeting time to 8:00 a.m. for the next few Walkabouts. It will still be held on the 4th Friday of the month, no other changes. We will probably change it back to 9:00 a.m. in October.
August Book Club Change
The Book Club will be going 'dark' for the month of August. Kristine Frey is unable to host, and at this late juncture we have decided to skip a month and regroup due to smaller attendance this summer. We will meet again in September. Please check the calendar for updates.
June hike change
Martha Roy will be leading the hike this Friday, June 21. Instead of the Jack-Ash trail, the group will hike to Takelma Gorge along the Rogue River. If interested, please contact Martha at 541-831-1543.
