Ladies Outings: Date Change for 2020 Ladies Outings Planning Meeting to January 7 , 2020
The date of the Ladies Outings Annual Planning Meeting has been changed from January 21, 2020 to January 7, 2020 (the first Tuesday of January 2020). Details will be provided to this group in early December, 2019.
Ladies Outing: October 1, 2019, Medford Walking Tour & lunch @ Habaneros Mexican Restaurant

Walkabout cancellation, August 23 at 8:00 a.m.
The Walkabout group is cancelling our excursion to Lithia Park on Friday, August 23 at 8:00 a.m. We only had one lady who wanted to go, so we’re cancelling this time. Gentle reminder, please RSVP if you’re coming. Thanks, and hope to see you next month!
Walkabout visiting Lithia Park in August
Just to put it out there, this month on Friday, August 23, we’ll be walking at Lithia Park in Ashland. Meet at the Walmart parking lot at 8:00 a.m. to carpool to Ashland. Breakfast/brunch afterward at a restaurant to be decided on. RSVPs requested, thank you!
“Billy Elliot, the Musical” Is the September Theater Group Outing
September 29th, the Theater Group will attend the 2 p.m. matinee of "Billy Elliot" at the Camelot Theatre in Talent. All our tickets are spoken for, but contact Martha Roy.
Walkabout is changing the meeting time to 8:00 a.m. for the summer!
Due to the heat of the summer, Sharyn and I have decided to change the meeting time to 8:00 a.m. for the next few Walkabouts. It will still be held on the 4th Friday of the month, no other changes. We will probably change it back to 9:00 a.m. in October.
August Book Club Change
The Book Club will be going 'dark' for the month of August. Kristine Frey is unable to host, and at this late juncture we have decided to skip a month and regroup due to smaller attendance this summer. We will meet again in September. Please check the calendar for updates.
June hike change
Martha Roy will be leading the hike this Friday, June 21. Instead of the Jack-Ash trail, the group will hike to Takelma Gorge along the Rogue River. If interested, please contact Martha at 541-831-1543.
July Eat & Greet
The Eat & Greet on July 17 will be held at Maxine Williams home at noon.
Piecemakers meeting date change
Instead of the first Wednesday of the month, Piecemakers will meet on Wednesday May 8th at 1:30.
HIKING CHANGE FOR APRIL
Due to all of the recent rain, we will hike at Lower Table Rock on Friday, April 19 instead of Waters Creek Trail as previously scheduled. We will meet at Harnish Visitor Center at 9:00 a.m. to carpool to the trailhead and plan to have a picnic sack lunch at the top if weather cooperates.

The December holiday party for the Book Club has been changed to Wednesday, December 19th. This is due to the annual 2nd Wednesday EPWC holiday luncheon at the Rogue Valley Country Club. We will still plan on meeting at the home of Jan Griffin.
Piecemakers Change
The Piecemakers meeting for November 7 has been rescheduled for November 14 at 11:00 am. For the December 5 meeting, members will have lunch in Grants Pass then hit the fabric shops.
